Cancellation policy

Payment Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer two payment options for our courses:

1. Payment in Full

You may choose to pay the full course fee at the time of booking.

2. Deposit & Scheduled Payments

You may secure your place by paying an initial deposit, followed by scheduled payments to complete the remaining balance. All scheduled payments must be completed before the course start date unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits may be transferred to a future course date, subject to availability and approval.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested at least 7 days (1 week) prior to the course start date.

• If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, it will be accepted.

• If a cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the course start date, it will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy applies to both payment options (payment in full and deposit with scheduled payments).

Important Notes

• All payments made (including deposits) are subject to this cancellation policy.

• Failure to complete scheduled payments does not qualify as a cancellation.

• By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms in full.
